Who is Brenda LaRose
Brenda LaRose is a Certified Leadership Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. Brenda provides executive and leadership one-on-one coaching focusing on leadership development, career transition from one leadership role to another, and support through cultural and organizational change. She provides support and tools to help build and enhance relationships, increase organizational effectiveness and build and enhance high-performance teams.
Brenda LaRose is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) from the Directors Education College of The Haskayne School of Business. She is also certified in numerous assessment tools including Paradigm, WorkPlace Big 5, DiSC, Lominger Leadership Architecture™, and others.

Brenda spent 25 years as an executive and managing partner in executive search. She founded a national executive search firm that was recognized and respected as Canada's leader in executive and board diversity search. After successfully growing her company, Higgins Executive Search, she sold the firm to Leaders International Executive Search and transitioned to developing and leading the firm's National Board Diversity search practice.
Brenda is now focused on leveraging her expertise in executive, leadership, and career coaching. She brings both experiences as a successful leader and a business owner who has started several successful initiatives from scratch.
